( I can only reproach very few scuffs on the BACK of the cart, nothing on front, and slight sunfade on front of insert, nothing on side or back of it)
It comes with box, insert, manual, baggie for manual, even neo geo sticker for "closing" the box!
Quite unseen those days in selling forums or Ebay!
