Someone help me remember the title of this PS1 game please

Hi. I remember spending long hours playing this game for playstation 1... I think it must have been an import, and I must have tossed it when I got rid of all my copied games (I don't like copies anymore) Well... anyways, I remember it was a bit of a strange fighter game... the two player was your standard fighter, but the one player mode was more like an adventure mode/ fighter mode where you would actually go through like an obsticle course, and dodge rolling logs and stuff until you came to a room with an enemy, and then you'd enter a battle mode sort of thing, and fight them... I remember I always used to play as this gay robot that had the most annoying audio... kept saying something like HIYUU! HIYUU!... man... that was so annoying. It was a 3d fighter... umm... That's about all I can really think of right now... any ideas what it might be?
