Trouble with jp member

Hi. I bought a Turbo Duo package from jp , including system and games. As I was in Spain, I asked him to ship it to NYC on July, while I was there. He wasn´t able to send it in 4 weeks, so I gave him my brother´s adress in Miami. He sent it there and gave me a tracking number. My brother didn´t receive the package, but the USPS number said it had been delivered, though. jp kindly emailed them asking for my package. They didn´t have any info. I have been in contact with jp through email, but I haven´t been able to get to him recently. I wonder if anyone can help me, because I paid $250 for the damn stuff.

I just got your PM today... and I just replied to it. The reason I haven't contacted you recently is because I haven't gotten any information.


And no, I still haven't heard back from them. I've already called them three times and emailed them twice. And in the last email I told you (or your brother) that they just keep telling me that their computers show it as delivered. In fact, I've already made another thread about this very transaction on this board since I really have no idea what to do.

My suggestion to you:
Call the post office than runs the mail through your brother's school and ask them yourself what happened to it. I even told you or your brother to do that in my last email.

I wanna make clear that jp has been very kind to me, there´s no problem about him, he´s a good fella.

There's a nice little Genesis collection and some Saturn goodness with all that PC-Engine goodness... if that stuff is just lost... :crying:
