I had a Black GBA Sp handheld once and the small screen was backlit enough to see the games better, but I traded my black GBA Sp + 5 GBA games to get the DS handheld & it does have a better backlit screen than the Sp does. I'll never trade with EB.games again because when I was online it said trade in your GBA Sp + any 3 GBA games to get a Nintendo DS handheld and when my mom's boyfriend went to take the stuff to EB.games and they said that they wanted 2 more games & I had to trade my Dragon Ball Z: Legacy of Goku & Rayman 3 which had to be brought in to trade.
I traded,
Altered Beast: Guardian Realms
Dragon Ball Z: Legacy of Goku
Rayman 3: Hoodlum Havoc
Wario Land 4
X-Men: Reign of Apocalypse
Dragon Ball Z: Legacy of Goku was my favorite GBA game even though it was a short RPG game, but the characters, animals & dinosaurs looked just like the anime and now I am going to collect,
Dragon Ball Z: Legacy of Goku
Dragon Ball Z: Legacy of Goku II
Dragon Ball Z: Buu's Fury
Dragonball Z: Supersonic Warriors
Dragon Ball GT: Tranformation
DragonBall Z: Taiketsu
Anyways, I don't think that buying another GBA Sp with a new and improved backlit screen is going to be selling much money & since the DS handheld already has a better backlit screen, why would someone need another GBA Sp when they can get the DS instead.
I should buy a Pearl Blue GBA Sp for my little 6 year old niece Alyssaso she can play some games like,
Super Mario Advance
Super Mario Advance 2
Super Mario Advance 3
Super Mario Advance 4
Classic NES Series: Donkey Kong
Disney Princess
Disney’s Cinderella: Magical Dreams
Disney's Kim Possible 2: Drakken's Demise
Kim Possible 3: Team Possible
Dora the Explorer: Super Spies
Dora the Explorer: The Search for Pirate Pig's Treasure
Dr. Seuss' The Cat in the Hat
Finding Nemo / Monsters Inc. Double Pack
Hamtaro: Ham-Ham Games
Kirby & The Amazing Mirror
But her GBA Sp & games will stay here at my house because her older half-brother will probaby steal them like he stole my older brother by getting greedy and selling his Midway's Arcade Treasures vol.#1 for the PS2 for about $2 and he wanted to get MGS3: Snake Eater for the PS2 since he was trading in some of his games.

I bought my older brother the game last year on his 29th birthday & I will buy him some more games for his 31st birthday next year. I'll will buy him another Midway's Arcade Treasures vol#1, then Midway's Arcade Treasures vol.#2, Capcom Classics Collection, Namco Museum, Namco Museum 50th Anniversary Arcade Collection & Sega Classics Collection since he likes playing retro games.
