Whats the proper SCART(RGB21) lead hookup for a CPS2 to get clear video output?

Ok, first I had 220uf caps on the R G and B leads and the picture was extremely bright (as if the gamma were turned up to the MAX), and it was kinda blurry. So I removed the caps from the R G and B leads and now the picture is less bright (but still not bright) and the blurryness is still there.

What is suppose to be the proper configuration for an RGB21 (not european scart) lead?

Leave the caps.. But put a 500 ohm pot inbetween the cap and the scart connector.

So put 500 ohm pot's between all 3 caps? What does the 500 ohm pot do? And is 220uF the correct capacitance I need for CPS2? I used 220uF for my snes and it works great.

Use three pots total. One for each signal.

The Cap boosts the signal and then the pot can be used to drop the signal.
