Seimitsu HRAP?

Now I heard about this somewhere. Is it out yet? Anyone have any details? I have plans to get 2 of these and convert them for SG/Neo usage. I'm not a fan of Sanwa parts so these will be ideal for me.

There suppose to be all sold out, and all the import stores never actually sold them even though they were taking pre-orders. Ask Neo Bomber Man, I think he takes special requests. Also Japan Games Now, takes special requests.
