Okay, I've made a few. You can check out the tutorial on how to make the cases HERE. You can find the inserts HERE.

I am uploading the Photoshop layered files so people can tweak my designs. They are uploading now and will take a while so be patient. Here are a couple of samples for those of you who don't want to bother with the links.
