Need Help with Stereo/Mono Switch for JAMMA

I'm working on my supergun right now, and I've come to the point of hooking up the audio connectors. What I would like to be able to do is be able to switch between standard JAMMA mono sound output, and MVS stereo sound output. I have a 6 pole switch, but I'm not sure how to wire everything up to it. Could someone please help?

Also, I want to be able to output this to line-level RCA jacks. How do I build a line level attenuating circuit?

If I wanted to also include a headphone jack, that would be amplified, correct? Not line level?

Please, if anyone could help, I'd really appreciate it. I'm almost done with this supergun, and these are the two things I'm not sure of how to do. The idiot's guide is incomplete with the audio section, so it's not a huge help.

Thanks to anyone who can help!

Put one of each circuit on the L and 10 Pins.

Make the 10 Pin the Red Jack and the L pin the white jack.

No switch is required.

So would that mean I would make the following connections?:

Speaker Out -> RCA Jack
Speaker Ground -> General Ground
Line Out -> Pin 10/L
Line Ground -> Audio Ground

Is this correct?

I THINK backwards... speaker out to 10 or L, Line out to RCA jack. This would put the RCA jack at line level from my understanding...

Is this correct?

Speaker Out -> Pin 10/L
Speaker Ground -> General Ground
Line Out -> RCA Jack (inside terminal)

Line Ground, Audio Ground and Speaker ground are all part of the commong ground.

I'm going to Photoshop the Diagram to make it more clear.

I tried wiring this up, but it's not working. I'm testing it out on an atomiswave, so I only connected my left channel rca plug to the supergun. All I'm getting is noise.

I have Speaker Out going to pin 10, Line Out going to the RCA jack, and both grounds going to ground.

What can I do to fix this? Do you have the diagram?

Do you have any other JAMMA BOARDS?

SOME ATW have some funky sound issues.

Is your +12v wired?

I have a cps2 board. My 12V is wired up, but not to the circuit, if that's what you mean.

okay, now when i try my cps2 board, i get audio out of the red (checked it, 10 is going to red, l is going to white) but not white. when i try using the cps2 rca jacks, i get audio out of both.

could be the board.... I haven't tested my theory with a CPSII board.

You could still wire a spdt switch to that splits the Line out to the white connector.

cps2 only kicks out mono in the edge connector. for stereo you have to use the rca jacks on the A board.

So I'm assuming that the reason why it goes to the red RCA jack when it's outputting mono is because normally pin 10 is the normal mono signal, but in the case of stereo it's the right signal, and so since this is wired for stereo (but can handle mono), it puts it out through the right jack?

I guess I could rig a switch that outputs dual mono when I'm using mono, right?
