Id say MOTW but i just enjoy KULA too much. I say its a tie id play either of them anytime!!

I'd have to say Garuo. Since I haven't played 2000, hehe.
I played Garuo at the arcade and it was hard like hell, I think they had it like at level 7 or 8. I had to play it anyways, too cool not to.

I think Mark of the Wolves is much better. The animation is amazing. KOF 2000 is still a great game though.

MOTW. (KOF2K rocks, but MOTW is a freakin' masterpiece of graphics and old-school 2D gameplay).

MOTW. I received KOF2000 three days after I'd received MOTW (from Shawn!), and haven't played it much. KOF might have deeper gameplay, but MOTW just feels better. It just feels better to control a Garou character, they feel heavier or something. KOF2000 also has a rushed look to it; most backgrounds suck, yes even the one in the desert. Compare that one to Gato's stage, or Terry's!
MOTW might have been $200 more, but is worth every last cent.

By far it has to be Mark of the Wolves. When you get the extended endings the story behind it makes the game so much more in-depth and the Animation is top notch. Just look at Kain when he wins and the purple flames blown up on his suit!! or when Rock Howard wins and turns around with the wings!!! KOF 2000 is good But alot of the older characters look like they took a cut in frames of animation compared to new characters like Kula and K'. I like it, but KOF 2000 could have been better...:D
