Well since I cannot read Japanese I don't know where it says that on that link.

But that is excellent news.

I still wish I had those homecarts...

Really? I can't read japanese either (what a coincidence :kekeke: ), but as far as I knew they were only porting the first one to the gba. Not bad. I'll have to get a gba metal slug collection going if this is true.

That's why I'm telling you the story. Famitsu doesn't say much more. The link is there 'cause I love to put up the source. Just celebrate it.

Playmore should focus less on the GBA market and more on the arcade market. Sure, that doesn't sound too smart, but when they inevitably port those arcade games to a console, at least the game itself wouldn't be mediocre by then.

I would gladly give up these GBA ports for SNK to focus more on Slug 6 and make it look like it's actually worth two shits.

Metal Slug Advance outsold every single game Playmore released in God knows how long.

Do the fucking math.

I wish they would just do a collection of SLug 1-X on a hom console. I mean we've got 3-5, why not comeplete things. Oh well, here's hoping they don't suck.

1, 2, X and 3 are coming out.
"In game boy advance ' the metal slug ' series 4 work, 1 and 2, X and 3 ".
Does that mean there will be 2 packs? one with 1 and 2 and another with X and 3?
MSX on the go is enough reason for me to buy a GB.

Do they know the Ds has come out?

You can still play them on the DS. And I doubt they'd be able to use the second screen and the touchpad, so just GBA sounds much better for me, I doubt the DS "superior hardware" would make any significant graphic improvement. Wider market this way too. The DS is much more suited for the Card Fighters game.

Exactly.

This is awesome news. More Metal Slug on the go and Card Fighters on the way. Now where is some more SNK fighting love for my GBA/DS?

I will buy MS1, MS2, MSX, & MS3 when they come out for the GBA. All we need is MS4 & MS5 for the GBA and maybe MS6 will come out later on for the GBA.

They need to release 2-packs for the GBA like,

MS1 & MS2
MSX & MS3
MS4 & MS5

Holy shit Frank, how could I have forgotten that games that sell the best are also the most enjoyable games?

Re-read my post. It may not be more profitable, but I'd rather have a better arcade game than some god-awful GBA ports of Metal Slug...those games are going to be so toned down it'd be hard to even classify them as ports, way I see it.

DS would be a better choice, cause it could handle that games easier, and with a more satisfatory result.

Nobody said that every game must need to used the both screens, afterall.

well.
ds is all well and good, but it also picks up the audience that
buys gba micros too. i saw ms 1 emulated on the psp through the
NEO cd emu and only had problems sidescrolling so i hope it's a good port.

I think so. I don't think they could do MSX or 3 any justice on a Snes could they?

So the extra power DS has would Definatly Benefit them.
