help regarding debug chip for neo geo home system

hi i read that some systems can just have the bios switched without any soldering done at all so let me know please which systems will have that option heres my systems ...

USA NGH system serial #1089
USA NGH system serial #17249 (unsure something like that) as theyer at my home as im at my work typing this up thanks !!

It has to be soldered. It will piggy back to other chip. BTW you should have posted this in the Tech section
