TV Picture Problem

I just connected my new Jap Neo Geo Aes system to the TV using an RGB Cable. Everything runs fine, but I noticed that the image is cut by an inch at the left an right side of the screen. Is this normal, or would another RGB cable give me better results and show me the full image?

I solved the problem already by entering the Service Mode of my TV and adjusting the screen
