I'll jump right into the game...

Music is good, not my cup of tea, but it fits the game...

Controls are weird, it doesnt control like a previous Burnout game, not reall as fast, and the lack of the drift is killing me...

I tried braking around a corner and letting go like on the console versions....nada

It feels like a handheld game, not really going to satisfy your Burnout needs, but a solid purchase anyway.

The graphics are decent, nothing like the Xbox or PS2 versions...

I saw that Amanowas running this game @ 333MHz and I'd like to know the differences.

I'd say its the better racer on the PSP, slightly behind Ridgeracer...

7.8 - 10

I was considering buying this over the PS2 version, but I guess I won't be doing that now.

Thanks for the mini-review.

Tonk: drifts are a bit weird to make but once you get it it s all good :) (you must brake in anticipation of the corner... it took me a while).

The speed after muscle class is dazzling... (i think you got some teaser of the speed with the formula 1 race in muscle). But yes, like RR it takes a while before having a decent speed

the difference with 333MHz is that you never get framerate issues. At 222 there are some problems (during crashes for example).

I agree graphics are not the best around, but when you unlock the higher classes you don t really have time to see the environment (that said; i love airport 1-2)

btw, wipeout at 333MHz is fantastic too :)

However, you must be warned. To play the game, they make you update your PSP bios, so if you use any homebrew utilities, you'll be out of luck.
