SVC PCB...how to get sound from it with a mas ??

got the pcb version of the SVC...it's got 2 wires hanging from it
how do i get the sound going on my mass super nova SG....and on my capcom/cps2 cab
any help is apreciated

did it come with a manual? if so, it should have the pinout in there...
