EMS means Express Mail Service which is from your normal US Mail.

Obviously, you didnt read the bottom of the insurance contract.

* Insurance claims are only paid for LOST OR STOLEN items only. We only GUARANTEE delivery of your item to it's destination. :chump: :chump:

Its not up to Paypal but the seller, they would have provided insurance as an option - just depends whether you payed for it.

But it has no equipment except for cigarettes.

All weapons for your package are OSP (on-site procurement).

As I was heading out of my apartment on Christmas Day '02 to see my family I was greeted by a USPS delivery woman. I had a decent size bundle of Neo Geo games arrive on Christmas!

EMS for me was delivered my my postal service. They left the card on my doorstep, and I had to go to the post office and pick up my package (because I wasn't home at the time).
