Adjusting candy cab monitor help plz >_<

My candy cab seems to be a bit bright, picture is a little off center and the blue seems to be cranked up to high. On my old SF2 cab there are little knobs on the back of the monitor that allow for these adjustments. I opened up the back of my candy and there doesn't seem to be anything there. It's a bit dirty seeing as I bought it from a farely gettho arcade clearing out their neogeo equipment, and i'm a bit afraid of the voltage to just start wipeing off the crud, so it's possible it could be covered up. Any advice on this?

It's a 29" Neo Candy machine if that helps.

The knobs are underneath the monitor on the front, you have to reach underneath the control panel through the front door
