Yes it happens to be mine. Modded with:

New On/OFF and Reset Switches
Composite Video
S-Video
Component Video
Analog Audio
and "Intro Skip" BIOS

It took me about 6.5 hours for all the refurbishing and modding work, but I think it came out awesome.
