that fist of the north star game looks hella cool. i watched the anime when i was a kid and its one of my favorites. it will be nice to see it made into a video game that i can play. metalslug6 looks nice too but the pics are small. will it play like the others

Looks like Dolphin Blue ( graphical style ), which is kinda how I'd assumed MS6 would look.
Since MS6 is gonna be hi-res, or I'd have to believe it's gonna be, I atleast hope they'll go all out with it. Backgrounds to the degree of GGXX or better.

maybe the rest of the people is blind and i have super-human vision, but those are the same sprites from mvs (the DANGER barrel, the helicopter and the soldier on the left) and those look a lot like Trevor and Nadia from MS4...

I thought it was trevor a first, but looking at that zoomed in one you can make out clarks hat and shades!
Hope its more than a sprite swap fest, tbh after MS5 i doubt it will be

ralf and clark from the ikari series join the metal slug franchise! each character has their own "parameters" and special abilities! the scope of the action has widened!
[「ウエポンストックシステム」を採用。獲得した武器はプレイヤーがミスしないか、弾数をゼロにしない限り、ストックし続けます。ストックしたウエポンはリアルタイムに切り替え可能です。]
a "weapon stock system" is introduced. switch between stocked weapons as much as you want as long as each weapon you have stocked has some ammo in it! (doesnt specify how many weapons can be stocked..)
[一定時間以内に敵に撃ち込み続ける事でスコア倍率が上がっていく「ラッシュブラスターシステム」や、初心者でも楽しめる「イージーモード」を追加。シリーズの代名詞であるスラッグ（乗り物）も新登場します。]
has a "rush blaster mode" which is like a combo thing, if you keep killing enemies within a certain time frame you will score multipliers. there is an "easy mode" for beginners. there will be a "new" slug in this game.. (purposely vague description).
