Quick guys!! You whip them out and I'll go get a measuring tape!!
Seriously, this is way the hell off topic.
Now, if you read the instructions for how to make a ps <-> neo controller adapter then you would see that you can make any controller with digital switches work with any system by sacrificing an original controller, and connecting the neo-geo contoller pins to the switches on the original system's controller pcb.
Or if you want an even tidier smaller adapter you can use the chip which encodes the digital pushes to a format the system understands. Just desolder the chip (there may be a bit of other hardware required for the chip to work, get that too) then solder it onto your own pcb design that should have the controller port for the aes controller on it as well as a cable to connect to the system.
Or maybe even just cut off most of the original pcb (keep the part with the controller cable and chips) then solder the connections from the aes controller port to the relevant pins on the chip.
It's pretty simple. You could make a Neo to commodore 64 adapter if you really wanted to...or neo to PC...or neo to SNES, atari 5200, gamecube, whatever...
Also, congratulations Zapatistab. Your adapter looks nice, if I ever played fighting games on my ps1 or ps2 I would probably build one that was similar.
cheers,
