Green flashing Light

MY evox does not work anymore and when i try to start it up the xbox flashes green then restarts. It keeps doing this and won't start evox. Everything else works like my ms dashboard and me xenium os. Xbox hq says that green flashing light means bad eeprom, but how do i fix it?

you will have to flash the bios.
