HELP Xenium OS

I am trying to install the evox dashboard. I think there is something wrong with me xenium os becuase when i go to the launsh Menu and try to add a new program using flash, no matter what i try to flash it says "Error:file doesn't fit!".
CAN SOMEONE TELL ME WHAT IS WRONG?

The BIOS that you are trying to fint on the BIOS chip is too large. Try downloading a different bios and installing that one, or buy a new chip that has a larger capacity.

you're probably flashing a 512k bios into a 256k slot, try arranging the banks
