Atomiswave Memory problem??

I didn't have this problem with KOF:Neowave

I just got NGBC, and when i set ANYTHING on the "Game Settings" and choose "Save&Exit" and restart..everything goes back to how it was...It don't save.

Even though when i changed the Coin settings to freeplay it saved and everything it alright.

Tried memory test, it says all "good"

anybody had this problem with another game? anyone can :help:

with anything...could the problem be from the cart itself?

cuz the button lay out is really annoying, and i can't change it :confused:

Really strange... The AW memory resets when you swap the game for another one, but you are not doing it... Try Neowave again and see if it happens, if it does then maybe the battery inside the AW has died.

Are you using it in a cab or supergun? You could try to change the button config in your set-up by changing some wires in it.

Lucky you to have the game... I guess the oil-$ are good

... Anyway could you buy it cart-only (in this case how much?) or you had to buy the motherboard as well?

I had this with Neowave i used to reconfigure my buttons, save and exit, turn it off flip my dip switch back, turn it back on and find everything was back to default.

Only thing i found to do was after saving and exiting, let it boot up for a couple of seconds, so the sammy logo comes up, then turn it off and flip the dip back. I think i was turning it off to fast.

Sounds stupid but it did work for me.

Can the battery be changed as on Naomi? could be a new problem affecting all AW owners :conf:

It's saveing now :glee:

Tried Neowave and it saved, tried nbc after it..and it saved...lol don't know what was wrong with it hehh..

Amano, I only got the cart without the mobo for 785$ ...it's worth it.

I just got NGBC too and I have the same problem. It don't save new " Game Settings ".

I'm trying to find some info to solve this problem. :help:
