i just switched on my metal slug 4 mvs and just before it starts i get this screen which looks like a fighting game roster before the game starts, when i switch it on again it shows the parental advisory warning

now as far as i am aware this cart is official, i got it from a official supplier in kit form so whats the deal ? http://www2.propichosting.com/Images/450000347/22.JPG

It's just the "Warning Parental Advisory screen is corrupt"....Normal..

Mine does that too..no cleaning or anything I've tried has stopped it.
Upon reaching that cart after power up the Warning Parental Advisory screen is corrupt..(4 slot/US BIOS)
On the second demo,second time around it's normal...not corrupt.

I have no clue why it's like that..
