final fight pcb issue's

the game's still work's but...it's got a little problem with it
there's a line(horizontal) ....you can't see it until your player moved into it...the line is the size of a line of this text...it's located 2 inch above the middle(center).
the line blend's in with the back ground..once the player move on to it...it like the player got cut in half horizontally

it's there a fixed??
..any help will be appreciated

Somebody correct me if i'm wrong, I'm not an expert on PCB's but that sounds like a dirty connector issue. Like with old NES games or someting. Have you cleaned the jamma harness connectors? If there is alot of dust and dirt around the chips, clean them as well and see if that works.

the board look pretty clean(it was kept in a pcb bag in a box)
