It's been nearly three weeks and I haven't received my ordered items yet. Apparently, trying to write via e-mail is a terribly slow process and like any other empty-handed buyer, I want answers now.
If posting phone numbers is a problem within a forum, please send me a private message here.

Thanks!

Sorry I don't have any info for you.
CharlotteBMM said:When I spoke to Ryan on the phone on the 7th of this month to place my order, he was courteous, informative and very professional. He had told me that he'd send my items off the next day and they should arrive around Wednesday, the 10th of August. Missouri to Indiana, shouldn't take long, right?
I should have been tipped off sooner when I failed to receive a shipment confirmation letter; something he had told me he'd give me. Well, it had been a few days after the expected arrival date when I wrote him to tell him that I had yet to receive my games.
He finally wrote me back on Friday, the 19th of August. He said he had shipped the items (still no confirmation of that) and asked if they had arrived yet. I replied the same day saying that I still didn't have them and I asked if he could give me the tracking order for the shipment so that I could see where the items were at.
No e-mail replies as of yet.
However, on Saturday, the 20th of August, I received a message on my answering machine from Ryan. He was "following up" with the order and asked if I had received my games yet. He DID give a number to call, but here's where I goofed: I hit the wrong button to replay the message so that I could write the number down. Instead of replaying it, it deleted it.Yeah, my mistake, I know.
It's Monday evening, the 22nd of August, and still no e-mail replies and no real way of contacting Ryan personally. I tried operator assistance, but they've no record of a JGN in Richmond Heights, Missouri. Even "Clayton Road" is tough to find...if at all. (Is his business part of a larger company???) My wife tried to locate his business through a tracing program that debt collectors use, but again, nothing turned up.
So, here I am, asking for a simple phone number because I feel that e-mailing him is a lost cause.

Again, though... I don't feel he's purposely misleading me or cheating me in any way. I just want to know what's going on with my items.
Oh, one other thing. It took him a good five or six days to finally respond to my letters after committing to his eBay auction. He said he'd been sick and apologized for his delay.
Maybe I'm asking too much, but if you run a business and you can't keep in touch with your customers in a timely manner whether you're sick or not, maybe it's time to hire some help.

Thanks,
B.

Thanks to everyone for your help!
To preserve JGN's positive image, I'd like this thread to be deleted.
