streetfighter 2 supergun q

I know most of the strettfighter games use the cps 2 but i see the original one on ebay as just a normal jamma board, did it come like this and if so if i used it for my supergun that uses the 4 button neo joypads what buttons would be affected and would it still be playable
as if so i wouldnt mind getting it

A, B, C, would be the punches.
D would do nothing.
You nees A seperate harness to get the kick buttons.
