Bah, Famitsu scores matter not to me. Its plain old Tenchu, if you liked the others, you'll like this. I'm awaiting delivery of mine still.

It was just that people seemed to be avoiding it like the plague, and going by Famitsu it wasn't a bad game. So I was wondering why no one had made another topic about ordering it. I hope to see impressions when it arrives.

I think it might require you to update the firmware, I'm not sure though.

I think its a sad waste.. Instead of making Tenchu 4 for us Tenchu fans they make this instead..

I guess that means T4 will be on the PS3 i guess.

Well i dont know about the firmware upgrade as it has been removed from the hookboot torrent download. But the actual game may have it.

It's a 1.50 firmware title from what I've heard. Winning Eleven 9 is the first game, which requires 2.0.
The latest update can always be found at the Sony website. Torrents aren't needed.

I had it. Played it for an hour or so, then decided to get rid of it ASAP. :kekeke:
The graphics look okay untill you see them moving, but they're glitchy and the camera is TERRIBLE. Controls are cumbersome too, and loading times are long. The game just feels half-finished to me.

On the plus side, the music is good and there's plenty of game there if you like this sort of thing. All menus are 100% Japanese though, and there's loads of them. Just isn't worth the effort to memorise/translate them all since the game is average at best.

If it get's a Western release and they polish it up a bit and iron out some of the problems, it could be good, but I'd say it's one to AVOID! :oh_no:

i played a copy of it on a friend's psp.
i was pretty dissapointed.
the intro was cool, but then the game's camera was bad.
the draw distance was bad, i didn't see an enemy until i was on him.
the fact that there's only one analog is bad.
i got frustrated with it.
