Question Abt Cabinet Neon Light Switch

The Neon Light Switch at the bottom of my cab stay on all the time even with the switch in Off position, is it supposed to be like this? Its feel kind of warm too.

What kind of Cab do you Have..?

Mine's a OK Baby 29".

Err, I don't know the exact name for the switch, it is a power switch with light (one of the 3 the cab have).

The other 2 switches lights up only when the switch is in the On position, but this one, on the bottom, lights up no matter what.

Maybe the light is hot-wired around the switch. You know, something like the switch died and the original owner was too lazy/cheap to replace it.
