Yeah, looks like it's a boot. Anyway isn't 45 quid quite expensive even for an original?

You can also take a look at the backside of the pcb`s to see if the soldering is shiny , if so they took a other MVS cart and placed the copied roms on it ...
this seller probably never opend his carts before selling ..........
