Hey guys, someone is buying the Tuppergun but needs it wired for straight-on JAMMA. I have mine wired to work with a MVS, with stereo sound, D buttons, a select button, and a test button. I've looked at hardmvs's jamma vs. mvs diagram, and I think I need to do the following:

1.) For the sound, split JAMMA's 10 on the JAMMA harness into two wires (for dual mono), and disconnect JAMMA's L from the left RCA jack and wire JAMMA's 10 to that. But, can I just leave the grounds for audio as they are, or wire them to JAMMA's L?

2.) I can leave the D's alone.

3.) I can leave select alone.

4.) For the test button, disconnect it from MVS's M, and wire it to JAMMA's 15.

Could y'all correct me if I'm wrong on these, and answer my question about Ground vs. JAMMA's L?. Also, does a MV1FZ use JAMMA's Test button?

At a glance the rest seems OK but NEVER connect jamma pin L to ground.

In almost all cases, the speaker - is definately not grounded. With earlier pre jamma boards it may be.

You may get the idea by comparing the different mono and stereo hook ups of the HA13001.
Grounding L could lead to all sorts of probs, least of all distorted sound

OK, right now the RCA jacks are wired with PSU's ground connected to the outer shell. So, I'll leave those as they are, instead of disconnecting PSU's ground from the RCA jacks, and wiring Speaker Neg to the outer shell. Correct?
