As a PSP owner from the UK I have often purchased through online stores such as playasia as well as UK shops such as CEX and Xelectrical.

I have noticed in the last month or so that Electricbirdland, Playasia and then CEX and since Monday Xelectrical have ceased selling PSP items due to Sony taking a hardline approach and the imminent official launch in the UK.

Well other than Ebay I wanted to have an alternative place to purchase and stumbled across www.yesasia.com

Not only do they ship to the UK but the prices are very good ( check out the white slimline PS2 )....... anyway thought you may want to check it out.

They've also injuncted against LikSang now as well.

This is putting a LOT of people right off Sony... what's the point in making the PSP region free if you are not going to allow people to buy products abroad due to your own crappy release schedule?!

This is really all SCEE doing. And the problem is worse because their is still a PSP shortage. It's pissing them off that units are being taking from elsewhere as it's fucking up their planned distribution. A lot of target consumers will already have bought them leaving more sitting on the shelf. They don't want to see this.
