help with boards

Im thinking of buying 2 mvs board both non-working. One has a VIDEO RAM ERROR. The other has missing graphics while in play. Well easy fixes or hard task and how would I fix them or one of them. The ram usually is replaced in this situation but what about the graphics drop out while playing.

I bet your talking about those boards on ebay. The one with the video ram error has a high probility for restoration, either having broken traces or most likely bad video ram chips

The other will require more troubleshooting because it suffers from a less redundant problem.

ya those are the ones but didnt want to shout it out. More competition, ive been buyin alot of diffrent things on there its a good resource for collecting and getting deals. It really wont matter cause the other auction has two working boards so im gonna be getting alot of stuff hopefully.
