WANTED: MV-1C *Found*

just so you know, the mv-1c has a special soldered bios that is unique to the mv-1c.

thanks Decepticreep but I already know all about that, thats why i'm hoping someone will sell one with the uni bios already in it.

its not a standard bios chip though. it intregrated into the board. its a little beyond just unsoldering and re-soldering a unibios. maybe talk to razoola (the master of the unibios) but i really dont think you'll find what you want. trust me, i have a mv-1c. i thought the same thing untill i looked at it.

Ditto.... I bought a MV-1C thinking it'd be a simple solder swap (should have done research before buying ) and ended up buying a MV-1FZ instead just for the socketed BIOS. Now I have a MV-2F and don't use either of the 1-slots anymore
