NEO STICK 2 CONVERTER

Has anyone here gotten the neo stick 2 for ps2 to work without lag on the xbox???? If so could someone tell me were to pick a converter up???? please!

I bought a converter to use my NG stick 2 on my cube so I could play Star Soldier and Ikaruga.

The feckin' converter is toss,it will only recognise the dual shock pads but won't recognise joysticks(also have a VF4 stick as well as the NGs2)
