I'm not sure what you mean by video scrolls... Is the whole screen rolling vertically?? If this is the case, make sure you have your horizontal sync wire spliced and connected to both Horizontal and Vertical sync on the monitor as well as a connection to the ground.

I know this seems simple, and you may have already done it, but clean the fuck out of your cart contact, slots and jamma connector (male and female).

i all ready did. im starting to think its a power issue, like the board isnt reiceving the right voltage.

I believe you stated that this board works fine at your friends house and not at yours. If this is the case, check your connections from the harness leading to the monitor. Do you get sound??? It reads like you have a ground wire problem. Make sure all your ground wires on the harness are connected to their proper areas.

Have you tried tweeking the horizontal and vertical hold pots on the monitor, it may have drifted slightly off and due to different tolerances of the boards, one locks and the other doesnt.

I've had a problem with my MV-1C. The Top of the picture is overbleeding with Green and on the RGB Test Grid, the top 3 rows are Green. The MV-1C is Brand New. Can't be my Supergun as my other Jamma Boards work fine.
