Blazing Star MVS jumper settings

Hey guys,

I received an authentic Blazing Star cartridge which had all of it's jumpers removed (for what reason, I don't know) including the Rs. Obviously, it is not working due to this.

Does anyone have this info? It would be greatly appreciated.
