So, today's my birthday. The last girl I was with had problems with me and having sex. It hurt her to have sex with me...I say she was too small, she says I was too big. Whatever. Not having that problem with the new girl, so I say it's her.

Anatomical "normalcy" has a wide range when it comes to human growth and developement. After all, think of penis size. I have heard it stated for years that average is 5.5" or so, but normal is more like 5-7 inches. For the record, I didn't tell her mother about it, I told her. I just want to point out that I think the notes are authentic, the card from Spike Spiegel's girlfriend and the note from Gynecologist.

Reason I say this is because the handwritings are distinctively different, and especially pay attention to the way the i are dotted. Kerry dots hers with the same firm strength, whereas the gynecologist seems to dot them almost as an afterthought, or a lead in to the stem of the letters. It's the strangest way of dotting i that I have ever seen.

You can tell the "police" to back off because they got the law wrong in several areas -if they were even the police (hah!). What little law there is on message board threats doesn't even work here:

(1) First of all, for what you posted to be serious, it should be considered likely to create an iminent threat to the subject. But there's an added whammy:

LOL... that bullshit never flies in court, especially for most torts (a "tort" is a civil case for damages [money, etc] as opposed to a criminal case for incarceration or fines. What you described is tort.).

She could try to do an intentional infliction of emotional distress (IIED), but no court would take it seriously. They would tell her to grow tougher skin: "if you give a letter to someone you could probably fathom that they might show it to people. Naw, if that case went to an actual court (or charges were filed) there would be plenty of organizations like the ACLU or internet-related orgs that would probably supply legal defense free of charge.

As far as the same handwriting issue goes, if you look at top right section of the document there is a box checked off indicating that the TRO is being "Independently Processed", which I am assuming means that the ex-GF is the one doing all the paperwork. Most places have forms for people to fill out their own forms for less complicated court stuff like small claims and TRO's. And it'd be an elaborate trick to go so far as to include a "filed" stamp date on the front of the document.

And I don't know about Illinois, but in Hawaii, the restraining order process goes like this:

1. ex-GF will file a petition with a judge saying that there is a threat of imminent harm by the ex-BF.

2. A judge will look at the petition and see if the petition is believeable and if the judge finds that there is a threat, the temporary restraining order will be granted based solely on the ex-GF's story.

3. Next the ex-GF and ex-BF will get a court date about two weeks later for a full hearing, where both sides get to tell their sides of the story.

4. Judge decides whether or not to grant request for a more permanent restraining order.

If the ex-BF, who is the supposed threat, does not show, he will be in default and the a more lenghty restraining order may be ordered in his absence. And while you won't be breaking any laws by not showing up, as far as I know TRO info is public knowledge and people will see this if they decide to look at court records.

This kind of stuff happens a lot between people who have had relationships and this is really an abuse of the process. She might be able to stop you from posting the note in a different way, like a civil suit similar to the ones where the celebs try to get people not to post unflattering pics of them, but that would probably cost a lot more. I haven't read the whole thread, but as far as I can tell, ex-GF and her friends and family are the ones intiating all contact and making all of the demands. I'm not saying what you did was tasteful or smart, but it wasn't enough to get a TRO. I don't see where the perceived threat of harm is and you should check to see if there is any sort of penalty for wasting people's time like this.

I think my scenario is possible (even barely), that there's a misunderstanding.

1.)Young female calls police station about "sexual content" regarding herself that was posted on a video game forum. If I didn't know any better I'd think it was teen stuff.

2.) Kerry Anne comes up to the station and gets the form they'd tell her to ask for (the po-po's don't even know it's the same person).

3.) She fills it out, drops it off, and goes home.

4.) The form gets picked up later for processing. Once that starts, the guy who took the call would know it's the same girl as on the phone who he assumes is a teenager.

Shit, that's what I said. If there was anyone being threatening or in need of a bit of roughing up from the local authorities, it's Kerry Anne's mother. You can (technically) go around posting legitimate information about a person on a forum, as long as you conceal their identity like Spike has done (I'm sure there are plenty of Kerry Annes out there, so how can we ever know which one he is talking about? ;) ).
