MV4F Stereo harness?

I want stereo sound out of my neo, but I don't want to futz with my JAMMA harness for it. There's a 4 pin headphone wiring harness on the board I could hijack easily, but I actually need it first. I've noticed that the harness for a CDROM drive for audio fits the thing perfectly, I'm wondering if I'll have any wiring issues or if that's fine.

I'm also guessing that pins 1 and 2 = Left Channel+/- and pins 3 and 4 = right channel +/- respectively?

hella. Thanks. Didn't see that in the manual on hardMVS...

yes, that's the pinout - that is how my 1 slot and 4 slot are hooked up (cdrom connector to 1/8" minijack to cheapass computer speakers)
