My new AES system is not working HELP

Hey, I am the proud owner of a Neo Geo starting today. I just received my Geo in the mail.. but it is not working.

Here are the symptoms.-

When I first turn it on, there is just a blue screen....then after pressing reset multiple times, I will get the Univers Bios 2.1 screen....then the screen flickers, says address error, and goes blue again. While the screen is blue, there is alot of flickering.

I opened the case, the bios chip is properly seated...but the light blue wire going to the S-Video jack is loose. ( I can solder that back)

Do any of you have any suggestions as to what might be wrong?
The box did not have any visible damage, and the geo appeared to be in good shape upon arrival.

Are you using a game? If the Neo has no game in it, it's supposed to be a blue screen. I'm not sure about the flickering though... Does it constantly flicker or just sometimes, and what kindPSU are you using, check to see if it's the right model. I hope this helps you, and enjoy your new neo-geo my friend.

Yes, it has those symptoms with a game in it...I tried it with several games..all with the same result. It constantly filckers...and does not get past the Universe Bios screen. (except to say address error in big green letters)

I guess I need to send this thing to someone and get it looked at. Anyone out there know of any techies in or near Atlanta???
