I think I have finally broke down and decided to just buy myself an RGB monitor for use with my Arcade stuffs.

So, I need some suggestions.

I want something larger than the typical 13/14 inch Commodore monitors.
Atleast 19 inch or bigger. 25 inch would be nearly ideal.

I don't want to pay out the ass either, so keep that in mind, too.

That's pretty tough. Here in PR a monitor like the one you want will cost you an Arm and a leg.I ask my friend who bought one on the net,see if he knows of a website where you can get them cheap.

I'd just get an arcade montior and build a box around it.

The easiest RGB monitor you can find would be the PVM-2530. They are 25 inches with connectors that allow for RGB (15 khz), svideo, and composite. Of course, they have their downfall also, which include the fact that they are old, and lots of them have geometry issues which cannot be fixed very easily. I have owned 5 over my life and while I like them for their price, their cons outweigh their pros.

Other I suggest are:

Sony GVM-2020 (20 inches, RGB, VGA, svideo, composite)
NEC XM29 (29 inches, RGB, VGA, svideo, composite)
Mitsubishi XC-3315 (33 inches, RGB, VGA, svideo, composite)

And of course, there's always the oldie, but goodie, Commodore 1084. Too bad they are only like 12 inches. But if you need to know more about any of these, I'd be happy to assist you.
