back on June 30th I bought a complete AES system which was supposed to be a matching #s boxed setup with no cracks on the balls of the controllers. when I got the stuff the #s didn't match plus the balls on the controllers had visible cracks. another thing was the fact the the A/V cable included was not for this system. I contacted the seller and was told they had the cable and it would be sent asap. a week had passed and nothing. no contact what so ever. I contacted the seller again and then was told that he was selling the system for a friend and he ordered me the cable from someone on ebay and is having it sent to me. to this day I still don't have the cable. I'm a pretty lenient person but I paid 260.00 for this and I can't play it plus I don't even know if it works. I understand people have jobs and such but to go 2 weeks with no contact is unacceptable. I feel like I'm getting jerked around since contact was excellent until I brought up these problems. actually the only things I asked about were the matching #s on the box/system and the cable.
now my question is - how much longer should I wait this out? as of right now I feel like I just bought a 260.00 paperweight. should I just chalk it up as an expensive mistake? should I just move on on buy myself an A/V cable? do I overlook the nonmatching # mixup? this member has good feedback so I really don't know whats going on here.
