TECH: No Sync on 1-Slot NEO-MVH MV1C

Hello,

I have a NEO-GEO 1 Slot PCB (NEO-MVH MV1C) that has lost its video sync. A ground wire from the neck board of the monitor came apart and dropped down onto the monitor chassis while powered up (oddly enough the monitor chassis still works, but it blew out the sync on the NEO-GEO board). After repairing the ground on the monitor chassis, another JAMMA board would sync up fine but the Neo-Geo board no longer sync'd, and would not sync on another monitor. Other than that you can still see and hear the game and the diagnostics tests.

Nothing is obviously visually wrong with the board, so I'm not exactly sure where to start. Any pointers would be fantastic. Thanks!

Toobin, the sync circuit is composed of two resistors, the series 47 ohm may have fried. I THINK it would then go through a 7407, but that may bne only the 1 slot, then it is gneerated from the Neo-F0.

Thank you so much for the pointers! Any idea what location/number those resistors would be at on the board?
