I bought some Neo-Geo stuff from Shawn. But that was like 2 years ago. I doubt he remembers my purchases which is why I don't use this as a reference. Although I am on ebay I haven't won anything yet (tried to buy a Panzer dragoon saga disc but $200 is a little rich for my blood). I don't use paypal for privacy reasons.

Thinking about it some more, if you can provide me with SOLID references on your part maybe I can ship the DVD to you w/o payment. Once you get it and approve it then you can send payment to me? Like I said, I need to know you're legit too.

Yes this is the US release. I don't remember any scratchs on any of the DVDs *however* I will check them again when I get home and if their are any I will let you know before I ship them. I take very good care of all my stuff and doubt that there are any.
