Hum noise on consolized MVS 4 slot.

Well i just got my MVS consolized 4 slot back from norton9478.

Again another tech problem shows up so i thought, i ask for a second opinion.

I keep getting this loud hum noise i'm not sure. If it's the.... psu or if some thing else is not grounded right.

While it's worse on composite the noise is kind of low on "s-video" but it's still there.

Note:I've tried two different tvs and that noise is still there.

I was thinking the.. same thing broken also gave me the same reponse.

This 4 slot is driving me nuts.

Everything that could go wrong, has gone wrong.

THe problem is comming off the Composite video output.

Maybe It's too intense or something.

I'll have to check it out again.
