*** LOOK DOWN***

I'm thinking of starting a new shockbox insert site with my inserts, and ones other people create. I just have a few questions. What is the best way to compress the images? I know most sites use .rar to break up the images. What is the advantage to that over a zipped file or a stuffed file? I want to make this site massive and host as many inserts I can rather than just link to other sites. Does anybody have any suggestions? Comments?

.rar compresses better than zip. But zip is fine. I like to break the inserts down to 1.4 meg chunks (choose floppy disk option)... Flattened Photoshop PDFs seems the way to go for the final inserts before compression...

It's always cool to have anothe rplace to refer to.. I have to update my links and reorganize a few things on my page. I'll be leaving you a PM later in regards to that marquee as well.
I just upload the straight PDF file now. I've received a few concerns about problems with RAR files being corrupt but yeah,RAR files work well for the most part.

Hey, thanks guys. I've already registered the domain name and have a title page and the start of a SB listing page. I'll let you know the name when I get a little further along. It's pretty plain right now.

I am getting inserts together and should be able to start uploading them this week. I'll keep you guys posted. Send me a PM if you want me to host your inserts. I should have plenty of space for everybody.

Yeah dude, if you could get the bandwidth and stuff it would be a great place even just for some of the shockbox inserts that I can't seem to find anywhere.

Yeah, I'd like to have a ton. I have a lot I've made that are currently unhosted like Puzzle Bobble 2, Power Spikes 2, Zupapa!, and a few others. Hopefully this can be a site where a lot of people can host their creations. I already have Grinwing on board. Thanks man!

There's a Last Blade 2 one that I have printed on regular paper that I can't seem to find anywhere anymore. I wanted to reprint it on glossy photo paper.

If you have any ideas, let me know.

Alright, I'm officially anouncing the opening of loopyeddie.com. Most of the links on the main page are dead, but the inserts page works. I have through R done and am uploading the S's right now. I should be completely done in a few days or a week. I'm asking for everybodies help to keep this site updated.
