What are the specs of the power supply of your supergun? How many amperiums in the 5V and 12V lines can it output?

I don't care about the AC input of the power suppy unit, I need to know what it outputs. It's quite likely that it doesn't output enough amps for the HNG64 and that's why you have trouble.
