help with 2115a ram

Can someone tell me what is compatable as a replacment for a 2115A ram chip? and where I can get them from.

I'm not sure what you could use instead of 2115a chip, but whatever the case may be, I'm sure you could get it from www.mouser.com . They aren't cheap though.

I've found a suitable replacement, it's the 2125 ram chip.
