My Dead Gamecube!

I turned on my gamecube today to play some more RE4 and the light flashed on, then the whole thing died.

The fan turns on when I power up, but the light is not on, and there is no picture/sound and the disc doesn't spin.

any clues?

I'm guessing power regulator board. heh I have a fried one too

so its cooked, well I have another GC, but its a US machine with a switch to play Jap games, dont want to sacrifice that for my UK console.

I might just buy a new cube and keep the old one for spares.
