Blue Phantom-1 high/low serial compability ect? Unibios more compatible? Raz?

I searched some on the forum about this but just found ALOT of different answers...=/ so i thought i'd ask for my console specifically:

JAP AES
Model 3-5
Serial 118279 (is this considered a high serial??)

Anyone who has a AES in about the same serial range who can tell me if i'm probably will experience much incompability with my JAP AES and a Blu Phantom-1?

I have heard that the Samsho games have scaling issues with highserial consoles...is my serial to high maybe?

And the last question.. IS the phantom-1 worth the money?

I dont think a unibios is going to make any difference over the normal bios when using a phantom1.
