Bump for a hell of a guy.

Very nice. I see some neato ideas in that SuperGun design. Like the use of 2 25 pin connectors to attach the wiring at the back side to the jamma harness. Hmmm...might have to borrow that idea...

By the way, when are you going to submit some nice and large pictures of these SG setups? I know you are sitting on top of several different ones.

My flatmate and I (mass)debated for many hours on that topic, and what was the best approach.

Thats very nice.

I'd like a second unit, a board in a similar size and shape box that clips on to the back of that so its like muliboard supergun if you want it to be but it can be a pretty pretty consolised MVS set up if you want too. Its almost there already with the detachable harness. If you make one of these I'll buy it assuming its pretty pretty as described.

bump for one of the sleekest superguns I've seen. I showed this to my little brother, and usually he's all "that's nice", but he thought it was really small, it was neat how it didn't look messy because of how the JAMMA harness was set up, and the real arcade buttons were a great touch.

Kernow, is my request impossible?

Actually, I had another idea too.

What if the MVS board was a permanent part of the consolised set up but inside there was a switch, one way the harness connecting to the MVS board is on, the other way an open harness slot at the back is on so basically you have a consolised MVS board but with an external JAMMA connection available, the actualy wiring for that could be detachable in much the way it is now.

That would be sweet.
